"We have brilliant people who don't have the skills to relate to others."

-- Katie Hurley, Head of Guest Services @ Esalen

What is this boot camp about?

This boot camp is completely about you and becoming your best self.

It elegantly weaves together epigenetics, neurobiology, and attachment theory to deftly address effects of transgenerational trauma, team dysfunction and personal blocks. In twelve weeks, you’ll examine you down to your cellular structure. You’ll start by drawing out your epigenetic map and start to immediately surface patterns that you may have not noticed in your life. You’ll explore team dysfunction using a simple model which will allow you to unpack current or past team situations. You’ll use techniques that are well researched by renown pioneers in the fields of brain science to reinforce the changes you make each week. And you’ll partner with your peers in learning vulnerability, empathy and trust through ground-breaking visualizations geared to rebuild new neural pathways in the right and left hemispheres.

“At the end of this boot camp, you’ll be able to embrace, embody and articulate inclusion.”

-- Kyle Edquist, Recruiter @ YouTube
