This weekly, virtual bootcamp provides tools to help you recover from the daily stresses of your job.
This bootcamp teaches you ways to self-manage and self-regulate your personal and professional life.
We meet every Friday for 1 hour on Zoom.

Every Friday, we'll cover a topic for the first 15 minutes of the call.
The remaining 45 minutes is where we'll discuss tools, tips and techniques based on your questions.
During the entire call, we will talk about ways in which you can work with your stress, anxiety and depression using specific exercises to calm your nervous system. This bootcamp is designed to help you rewire your brain and ground you while experiencing difficult situations.
We'll share cutting edge tactics that address trauma related issues.
This bootcamp is solely for you.
We will not share any personal information including email or name. You don't even need to show yourself via video during the sessions. You will never be required to speak and or share anything you don't feel safe sharing during the call. In fact, you are welcome to simply listen the entire time.
The bootcamp is simply a resource for you, and is being provided by 2 people who are both concerned and passionate about what is occurring in the digital world.
There is absolutely no obligation, you can come and go as you like.
