This bootcamp will focus on identifying both professional and personal road blocks. Each week we'll uncover and rewire patterns, help you strengthen relationships and surface root causes of dysfunction for inclusive leadership development.

Every week, you'll be asked to:
Read 1 article
Watch 1 video or documentary
Do 1 activity
Participate in Study Group
2 or 3 hours will be required outside of class time:
1 hour reviewing articles / videos / binder.
2 hours working with partner
Every week, you'll have a new partner. You'll work in pairs and complete assigned visualizations.

I didn't know what to expect when I began this Bootcamp. But very quickly, I realized that it would afford me the opportunity to grow, develop, and heal as a leader. I emerged feeling more embolden, more creative, and more grounded. I love the tone that Rajkumari set for the experience, and I truly believe that our cohort became a community. Most importantly, I am stronger as a leader. I'm better able to support others because of the work I did in the Bootcamp to support myself.
