Learn ground-breaking research that will forever change the way you understand and see team dynamics. Gain practical applications to fully maximize your impact in building inclusive culture.

This bootcamp will focus on identifying both professional and personal road blocks. Each week we'll uncover and rewire patterns, help you strengthen relationships and surface root causes of dysfunction for inclusive leadership development.

What you'll gain

  • Hands-on growth tools and weekly homework with accountability

  • Opportunities to immediately practice new skills with your fellow bootcampers and in your day-to-day life

  • The impact of visualization - there's a reason why elite athletes use it

  • Neuroplasticity methods to drive change at the deepest level - your brain and nervous system

  • Ability to be strong, confident and vulnerable at the same time to transform your communication

  • Resources to navigate difficult conversations and be more collaborative

This is right for you if you've noticed that

  • Certain people seem shut down or disengaged

  • Employees are generally not feeling heard, welcomed, respected or valued

2017-2018 Cohort

Joel Brown

I didn't know what to expect when I began this Bootcamp.  But very quickly, I realized that it would afford me the opportunity to grow, develop, and heal as a leader. I emerged feeling more embolden, more creative, and more grounded. I love the tone that Rajkumari set for the experience, and I truly believe that our cohort became a community. Most importantly, I am stronger as a leader. I'm better able to support others because of the work I did in the Bootcamp to support myself.

Shifting culture requires both a financial and emotional investment.
