Belonging Done Differently.

A FREE 6-week online bootcamp that teaches self-regulation and calming of the nervous system.

A 6-week bootcamp that begins the journey in building a solid foundation in optimal performance, well-being and psychological safety by shifting both your mindset and skillset through the lens of epigenetics and neurobiology.

This bootcamp focuses on identifying both professional and personal roadblocks. Each week we'll uncover and rewire patterns, help you strengthen relationships with yourself and others. This bootcamp will help to address anxiety, stress, depression and PTSD.

Start Date: Saturday, October 10th, 9:00am - 11:00am (PDT)

  • We will meet weekly, every Saturday, from 9a-11a PDT

  • Optional Small groups (around 30 people) will meet mid-week.

  • Each session will be recorded

  • Our last class is November 14

This is right for you if:

  • you’d like a greater level of confidence

  • you feel challenged with someone on your team or at home

  • you need help managing stress

  • you have general anxiety, anger or depression and want to shift your experience

What you'll gain:

  • Hands-on growth tools and optional weekly homework, optional weekly small group sessions.

  • Opportunities to immediately practice new skills with your fellow bootcampers and in your day-to-day life

  • The ability to be strong, confident and vulnerable at the same time to transform your communication

  • Resources to navigate difficult conversations and be more collaborative

  • An understanding of how to do self-care and self-soothe in a challenging global situation


All homework is optional. Week 1 will be the most intensive week for homework during the bootcamp. However, please understand that this course is designed to give you the maximum healing and transformative experience possible. Again, all homework is optional. And can be done at any time during or after the bootcamp.


We’ll open the cohort to only 100 participants. Each session will be recorded, so if you MUST miss a session, then you’ll still have access to the in-class teachings. The class will include interactive exercises done with a partner. Please prioritize live attendance.
